General Shipping Info

We want you to get your Toad on as quickly as possible, so we try to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Keep in mind, our shippers take weekends off — orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday. If you place an order with expedited shipping and are concerned about when it will ship, please give us a ring at 800.865.8623.

We also deliver to PO boxes. Just select "PO box" in the shipping section of the checkout process. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, regular ground shipping rates will apply. All shipping methods are subject to weather delays.

UPS Ground and USPS
5-8 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday).

UPS 2nd Day Air®
2 business days after the day of shipping (not including Saturday and Sunday). 2nd Day Air delivery to AK or HI may take 3-4 days from the shipping date.

UPS Next Day Air®
You must place an order before 5pm Pacific Time to ensure that it will ship the following business day; your order should arrive the next business day (not including Saturday and Sunday). Next Day Air delivery is available only in the continental U.S. and requires a signature. UPS will generally not leave a Next Day delivery without a signature, so if you won't be around for delivery, please call us at 800.865.8623 to waive the signature requirement.

As much as we'd like to let it slide, we have to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California, Washington and Maine.

International Shipping

Toad&Co has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers anywhere in the world (including APO/FPO addresses). Simply choose the "International Checkout" option when you're ready to check out. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. You cay pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Unfortunately promotional codes cannot be applied to international orders.

All inquiries regarding international orders and tracking, login to your International Checkout account or contact International Checkout.


Return instructions are located on the back of the invoice included with your order. If you don't have the invoice please contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or to set up a return. Once your return is received we'll issue a credit to the original method of purchase. And we may have a new company name, but we will gladly honor Horny Toad returns for items purchased on

To exchange an item, please mail it back as a regular return item and visit to place an exchange order. We don't offer free shipping on returns, but we do offer free shipping on your exchange order. When making your replacement order, use the promo code on the back of your original invoice to receive free shipping. If the item you wish to exchange was not purchased through or, please contact the original seller for an exchange.

Returning a Gift

If you'd like to return a gift that was originally purchased on or, please contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or for instructions on how to make an exchange or receive a gift card credit. To speed up the process, please have the invoice number or name of the original purchaser on hand. Unfortunately we cannot make exchanges on gifts that were purchased from another retailer.

Items purchased at another retailer

If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through or, please contact the original retailer.


If you purchased items at full price on that are now on sale and it is still within 14 days of original purchase, we're happy to give you a price adjustment. Proof of purchase is required and the original method of payment will be credited. Price adjustments will only be applied to the first markdown. Please contact customer service at and provide your proof of purchase to receive an adjustment.
