Still searching for the perfect black leggings
I ordered these leggings in black. The fit is wonderful and they are made of very soft substantial fabric. They are perfect... except they are striped. I understand that the other colors are supposed to be striped because they are labeled falcon brown stripe, mahogany stripe, etc. And they are clearly pictured with stripes. However the black is simply labeled as black. AND the picture shows a plain black pair of leggings. After these arrived I double checked the image online and couldn’t detect even a faint stripe pattern. Sizing: 5’4”, 135 lbs, ordered a small.
By: Toad & CoGreat call-out - there is indeed a subtle stripe on the black. We are adding that note into the product description and apologize for any confusion! We are also reaching out to you directly to facilitate a return.
Love the wool option
I practically live in Toad&Co leggings, so was excited to see a new option with the Baseline Legging - wool! Not 100%, but just enough (14%) to keep the legging lightweight but warm and soft. Love the stripes, and was thrilled that the black leggings had stripes too.
I really wanted to love these
These are so comfortable and fit so well - and are surprisingly warm. So I really wanted to love them. But after just a few short months, they're tearing at the seams the same way the cheap leggings you would buy at Old Navy do. I just can't justify spending this much on something that isn't going to last.
