Infuse your spirits without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. These Vena's Infusion Jars create delicious recipes using freeze dried fruits, herbs, and bitter infused sugar cubes to flavor your alcohol. It is all in this jar, so all you have to do is add the alcohol! Use your infused alcohol in Vena's custom cocktail recipe located on the inside of the label.
Infusion Method: THE FAST WAY: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on stove and bring just to a boil. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes) , strain and enjoy!
Infusion Method: THE SLOW WAY: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 5-7 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it's to your liking, strain and enjoy!
