55% Non-Mulesed Lambswool 45% Nylon
This is a forever sweater yarn. Super-strong (and perfectly stretchy) nylon gets a boost from nearly indestructible wool. Naturally moisture-wicking and heat-regulating for peak performance. All the warmth, none of the itch.
Care Instructions: Turn garment inside out and soak in diluted, gentle detergent for 10-15 minutes. Rinse gently in cool water with gentle agitation, being careful not to wring garment. Lay over towel and gently press excess fluid out. Rebuild garment shape and allow to dry flat. DO NOT STEAM OR WASH IN HOT WATER - GARMENT WILL SHRINK.
If you don't get a compliment within three wearings or if you find something wrong with your Toad&Co garment, we'll take it back and make it right.

Beautiful but "synthetic" feel and bulky
I had my eye on this sweater for a long time before ordering. Once it arrived I wasn't as delighted with it as I thought I would be but I think I still like it enough to keep it. The high proportion of nylon gives the fabric a less substantial feel than 100% wool (which I would have preferred) while also creating a less slimming silhouette due to the lighter weight. It certainly doesn't look as good on me as it does on the models. It actually might be more flattering if it weren't tunic-length, as all of the fabric around my hips and upper thighs draws attention to these areas, depending on what I wear it with. Still, I love the color (Seaspray) and the neck detail - although again the "v" is a bit plunging on me (I'm a curvy 5'2") and I have to be sure the laces are cinched up so it's not too peek-a-boo. I might have returned it if not for the sale price, and I still have to decide if it's worth keeping; but for now I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt.
