Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest with your arms at your side.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso near your waist.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch straight down to the ankle bone (or your preferred hem length).

Care Instructions: Machine wash cold with similar colors on a gentle cycle and turn garment inside out. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron as needed.
