Pants to live in
I needed some pants I could live in. Not because I don't do laundry or anything, but because I'm always on the go. I needed something that was comfortable, durable, and had some stretch.. These were them. I own 12 pairs, some of those are the same color, but many are different. I can wear these for a few days, hang them up to air out, and wear them again. I remember Toad&Co, when they were Horny Toad, always used to say "Wear More, Wash Less" - and now more than ever, water is such a precious resource, I'm glad I have pants that I can do just that with.
Buy these pants, you won't regret it.
P.S. I have the lean and the regular fit - both are great and I wear the different fits on different occasions depending on what I'm doing: hiking, work (at the office), yard work, dinner, party, chores... you get the point. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
The greatest pants ever invented? Yes.
I can't begin to explain my love affair for the Mission Ridge. They are literally the only pants I own. I have about 8 pair, one in each color, and multiple pairs in the ones I wear the most. They're just amazing pants. They're comfortable, they fit well, my stuff stays in my pockets when I sit down. They look nice enough for the office, but casual enough for every day use. You will love these pants.
I only have two regrets to be honest about. First, I wish I had bought more of the Night Sky color when they had them, because it's my favorite and they don't make it anymore. If you find a color you love, buy a few pair. And second, I made the mistake of telling my wife, who is super frugal, that they were $75. She did the math on how many pairs I own, and got mad at me. But you know what? I'll win that argument every time, because you can't put a price on the perfect pair of pants.
