Our Guarantee: If you don’t get a compliment within three wearings or if you find something wrong with your Toad&Co garment, we’ll take it back and make it right.
General Shipping Info:
We want you to get your Toad on as quickly as possible, so we try to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Keep in mind, our shippers take weekends off — orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday. Shipping time for expedited orders is detailed below.
For PO Box addresses, select "USPS or PO Box" in the shipping section of the checkout process. Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Expedited/ UPS shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
All shipping methods are subject to weather delays.
All thirdy-party items from the Toad&Co Mercantile ship separtely from out store in Freeport, ME via USPS priority (typically arrive in 2-3 business days). Orders placed after 8am EST will ship the following business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. 2nd Day Air delivery to AK or HI may take 3-4 days from the shipping date.
UPS Next Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. Next Day Air delivery is available only in the continental U.S.
Our warehouse is closed and does not ship on the following holidays:

- Memorial Day Day
- President's Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day (and following Friday)
- Christmas Eve & Day
- New Year's Eve & Day
As much as we'd like to let it slide, we have to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California, Washington and Maine.
International Shipping - Canada
Shipping Method: We ship all orders to Canada via USPS. The shipping rates to Canada are as follows:

Customs, Duties and Import Fees: Toad&Co is not responsible for customs delays or any duties, tariffs, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or other fees which may be incurred with your purchase. If you refuse a package after it has been shipped and cleared by customs, we will deduct all fees associated with the package return from your refund. Packages will be shipped via USPS to the border where CAN Post will present the packages for customs clearance. Once customs clear the shipment, it will be delivered to the local post office where you will receive a notification to pay duties/taxes and your shipment will be made available.
Returns & Exchanges: Please contact customer service regarding your return. We will be able to print a label that you can use to return your items and it will not be charged duty upon return. You will however be responsible to re-coup the duties paid on your original order.
International Shipping - Outside Canada
Toad&Co has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers anywhere in the world (including APO/FPO addresses). Simply choose the "International Checkout" option when you're ready to check out. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Unfortunately promotional codes cannot be applied to international orders.
All inquiries regarding international orders and tracking, login to your International Checkout account or contact International Checkout.
Return instructions are located on the back of the invoice included with your order. If you do not have your invoice, please write your order number (beginning with "EC") legibly on the outside of your return package.
We now provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. Simply peel the label off the insert in your order and attach it to the outside of your return. You can either drop this return off at a USPS drop box, or you may leave it in your mailbox with other outgoing mail.
***PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR MILITARY (APO/DPO) ADDRESSES***
If you choose to use our label, the following flat rates will be deducted from your refund amount:

If you do not use the provided shipping label, please send your return using a trackable shipping method. Please write down your tracking number for reference.

Returning a Gift
If the item you would like to return was not purchased directly through www.hornytoad.com or www.toadandco.com, please contact the original retailer.
Items Purchased From Another Retailer
If you'd like to return a gift that was originally purchased on www.hornytoad.com or www.toadandco.com, please contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to make an exchange or receive a gift card credit. To speed up the process, please have the order number or name of the original purchaser on hand. Unfortunately we cannot make exchanges on gifts that were not purchased through www.toadandco.com.
To make an exchange, please follow the above return instructions for the item(s) you don’t want, then place a NEW order for your replacement item. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT request exchanges on your return invoice. Our warehouse is a shipping and receiving facility only and cannot process exchanges. When your returned item has been received (within 7-10 business days), you’ll be refunded back to your original form of payment. At any time, visit www.toadandco.com to place a replacement order for your new item or contact customer service at 800.865.8623 or email@example.com for exchange assitance.
We do not offer free shipping on returns, but we do offer free shipping on your replacement order. When making your replacement order, use the promo code on the back of your original invoice to receive free shipping.
If the item you wish to exchange was not purchased through www.hornytoad.com or www.toadandco.com, please contact the original seller for an exchange.
If you purchased items at full price on www.toadandco.com within the last 14 days that are now on sale, we're happy to give you a price adjustment if the item is still in stock. Proof of purchase is required and the original method of payment will be credited. We do not offer price adjustments made on products that were already on sale. This means only one price adjustment and unfortunately no price adjustments are permitted on “sale on sale” if the original purchase was not at full price.
