Step-by-Step: Returning Your Reusable Shipper
- Start your return: Go to returns.toadandco.com, enter your order number and email or zip code, select LimeLoop Shipper, and print your prepaid return label.
- Label it up: Slide the return label into the clear pouch on the front of the shipper.
- Send it off: Drop off the shipper at the location listed in your return instructions.
- Celebrate your impact: That’s it! You’ve kept single-use packaging out of the landfill and helped us reuse this bag again (and again, and again…).
Pro tip:
If you’re also returning or exchanging items, follow the same steps—just select your items during the return process, pack them inside the shipper, zip it up, and send it back.
