TOAD&CO RETURNS POLICY

Our Guarantee: If you don't get a compliment within three wearings or your Toad&Co clothes don't bring you joy, we'll make it right.

Underwear and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned. If you don't love your item reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.

To check on the status of a refund, please contact us and a Toad&Co Representative will check on the status of your refund.

Items purchased through a Toad&Co retailer, please contact that original store for assistance.

Items that were received as a gift from a Toad&Co retailer, please contact that original store for assistance. Having the original order number or name of the original purchaser on hand will help speed up the process.

Unfortunately, our Toad&Co Retail Stores in Golden, CO, Glenwood Springs, CO and Chicago, IL are not able to process returns for items purchased online. If you are in the Freeport, ME area and would like to return please feel free to come visit our store - hours and direction can be found here. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below to return or exchange items purchased online.

Damaged or defective item exchanges, please fill out a warranty claim form and include photos of the damage and a description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will credit your original form of payment if purchase was in the last 30 days or a gift card will be issued via email.

Items that were received as a gift from www.toadandco.com, please fill out a return form and select "gift" as the purchased from option. A Toad&Co Representative will issue a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to return your order. For all gift returns, a gift card credit will be issued upon receipt. Having the original order number or name of the original purchaser on hand will help speed up the process.

All other exchanges/returns, return instructions are included along with the invoice inside your package. If you do not have your invoice, please write your order number (beginning with "ECS," ex: ECS-186424) legibly on the outside of your return package. *The order number can be found in any email confirmations you have received. If you do not know your order number, please contact us.
We now provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. This label can be found inside your package. All you need to do is box up your return, place the label on the outside, and you can either drop this return off at a USPS drop box, or leave it in your mailbox with other outgoing mail.

If you choose to use our label, the following flat rates will be deducted from your refund amount:

  • 1 Item Returned = $5.95
  • 2 Items Returned = $7.95

If you do not use the provided shipping label, please send your return using a trackable shipping method. Please write down your tracking number for reference. 

Please note any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.
