Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.

Like all good things, reward points do come to an end. But the good news is that they will only expire after a full year of inactivity on your account. So, if you take any action (like placing an order) your points will be safeguarded for another year!

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Of course! Items purchased with a reward are still eligible under our standard returns policy however, rewards or points used are not able to be refunded.
If you are looking to exchange an item you used a reward to purchase, reach out to our customer service team and they would be happy to assist.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
