Unfortunately, like chip dip at a party, we aren't able to double dip with discounts. Only one reward or discount code can be applied to each order.
Of course! Items purchased with a reward are still eligible under our standard returns policy however, rewards or points used are not able to be refunded. If you are looking to exchange an item you used a reward to purchase, reach out to our customer service team and they would be happy to assist.
Like all good things, reward points do come to an end. But the good news is that they will only expire after a full year of inactivity on your account. So, if you take any action (like placing an order, responding to a review request email, or following us on Instagram) your points will be safeguarded for another year!
