Shipping & Orders
Our Guarantee: If you don’t get a compliment within three wearings or if you find something wrong with your Toad&Co garment, we’ll take it back and make it right.
We want you to get your Toad as quickly as possible, so we try to ship your order the following business day after you make a purchase. Keep in mind, our shippers take weekends and holidays off. Orders received on Friday will be sent out the following Monday. Once your package is shipped, we’ll email your tracking number; this could take up to 24 hours so please check back one business day after you have placed your order. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for shipping rates and methods.
We move pretty quickly once you hit the Submit button. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, contact our Toad&Co customer service team and they may be able to help catch it before it goes out. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (PST).
Toad&Co has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers anywhere in the world (including APO/FPO addresses). Simply choose the "International Checkout" option when you're ready to check out. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Unfortunately promotional codes cannot be applied to international orders.
For all inquiries regarding international orders and tracking, log in to your International Checkout account or contact International Checkout.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear while the package is delivered to the shipping facility. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.
At checkout, there will be 2 options. One is our reusable LimeLoop Mailer. If that is option is not visible due to availability of the mailer, Toad&Co is committed to sourcing the most environmentally friendly packaging that meets our needs to protect the product. We commit to incorporating as much recycled material as possible, reducing plastic wherever we can, using 100% certified paper products (Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative), staying informed on new innovative opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders (in and out of our industry) to further packaging best practices beyond our individual impact.

We provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label with all online purchases. It is located on the outside of the package in a yellow sleeve labeled “Return Documents Enclosed”. Simply remove the label from sleeve, peel and apply to the outside of your return shipment. You can either drop this return off at a USPS box, or leave in your mailbox with other outgoing mail.
If you choose to use the label provided, the following flat rates will be deducted from your refund amount:

If you do not use the provided shipping label, please send your return using a trackable shipping method. Please write down your tracking # for reference.
To make an exchange, please follow the above return instructions located on the back of the receipt that was shipped with your order. Alternatively, you can visit our returns page for additional details and instructions.
We will credit your original form of payment if purchase was in the last 30 days or a gift card will be issued via email when your warranty claim is approved.
If the item you wish to exchange was not purchased through www.toadandco.com, please contact the original seller for assistance.
If you'd like to return a gift that was originally purchased on www.toadandco.com, please contact customer service for instructions on how to make an exchange or receive a gift card credit. To speed up the process, please have the order number or name of the original purchaser on hand. Unfortunately we cannot make exchanges on gifts that were not purchased through www.toadandco.com. Please contact original seller for assistance.
When you return an item using the provided pre-paid return label, you can track your package by going to USPS and entering the return tracking number provided. Using the pre-paid labels will allow us to track your return or exchange. Once your return is received, we'll issue a credit to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you need additional help, please contact customer service.
We stand behind all our products. Please submit a return request, and we will happily take care of you. Yes, we do! We currently send out the Toad&Co quarterly Handbook once per season. It calls out our latest and greatest styles, offers travel tips, recipes, and has lots of great information on how to live sustainably. Our cataog is printed on recyled paper with soy based inks.

If you purchased items at full price on www.toadandco.com within the last 14 days that are now on sale, we're happy to give you a price adjustment if the item is still in stock. Proof of purchase is required and the original method of payment will be credited. We do not offer price adjustments made on products that were already on sale. This means only one price adjustment and unfortunately no price adjustments are permitted on “sale on sale” if the original purchase was not at full price.
The Renewal Workshop partners with apparel brands to take damaged, returned or unsellable clothing and turn it into renewed apparel or upcycled materials. This spares millions of tons of textiles from ending up in landfills each year. By diverting our unsellable inventory from the landfills, we are transforming a linear apparel system into a circular one. Unfortunately, the Renewal Workshop is not set up to receieve clothing directly from consumers quite yet. While they work on that, please remember to care for your clothes properly in order to extend the life of your garment. “Wear it out or pass it on,” that’s our motto. Follow the garment's care instructions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your Toad.
