Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records and reports. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
  • Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with AR collections and customer relationship.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Social Media & Community Coordinator

This position is responsible for developing compelling and engaging content, and day-to-day operational management to drive organic social media channel growth. This role will be the brand conduit to the larger social community, interacting with consumers, brand fans, and influencers. This role will also coordinate with our internal team to project manage digital channels including email, marketing partnerships, and other brand and marketing initiatives.

As the Social Media & Community Coordinator, you’ll be part of the rockstar Marketing team. We work hard, have a lot of fun, and aren’t afraid to roll our sleeves up no matter the project at hand. Responsibilities Include:

Social Media and Community Management

  • Drive the planning, development, and execution of organic social media content with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok as well as new emerging social channels 
  • Develop and manage a social media editorial calendar
  • Create, edit and post compelling content and copy across all social channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure that all content meets brand requirements
  • Drive effective community management by leveraging social listening tools and discover insights and opportunities to engage with our social community

 Email Campaign Support

  • Build, test, and schedule emails (broadcast newsletters and automated series)
  • Execute and report on A/B testing strategy to optimize email performance

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate social media marketing giveaways and partnerships, including partner outreach, development of contest rules, winner selection, and shipment execution
  • Maintain Toad&Co blog posts to keep content current and optimized for SEO

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience or relevant internship experience
  • Understanding of the social media landscape, including channels, best practices, and audiences
  • Strong written communication skills (with a special affinity for fun and creative copy)
  • Strong design aesthetic — photography, graphic design, Photoshop, Canva, or similar skills preferred

      Assistant Retail Manager

      The Freeport Assistant Retail Manager will be responsible for supporting the store manager in day-to-day operations, with a heavy focus on driving daily sales. We are looking for someone to oversee our sales team, prioritizing and delegating daily tasks to set the store up for success. This candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the sales team by leading by example on the sales floor. They will work directly with our sales leads, and will oversee staff training, product knowledge, and coordinating store informational clinics. This role will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to set and achieve goals. This person will also have effective communication and problem-solving skills.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Setting high customer service expectations by holding the team accountable to store presentation, customer service standards, and leading by example by being customer focused
      • Providing insight on sales trends through excel reporting
      • Supporting the store manager with scheduling, administrative tasks, and other tasks as needed
      • Contributing to recruitment/hiring process and working with staff to develop skills
