Preorder allows you to purchase a product that will soon be in stock. This ensures you receive the product as soon as it’s available, instead of being added to the waitlist.

You’ll see the estimated ship date right on the product page for pre-order items. We’ll do our best to ship by then – or even earlier! If there’s ever a delay of more than three business days, we’ll reach out to keep you in the loop.

If some items on your order are ready to ship right away, they’ll be shipped separately from your pre-order. No worries, though – we’ll cover the extra shipping costs, so you won’t have to pay for multiple shipments.

Just like with any other shipment, we’ll send you an email when your pre-order is on its way. Plus, you’ll be able to check for updates on your Order Status page (linked in your order confirmation email, or can be found when you log into your account). So no need to worry – you’ll know as soon as it's headed your way!

When you place a pre-order, you’ll pay for it upfront, just like any other purchase on Toad&Co. Easy peasy!
