I wear a lot of overalls for working around the house, doing activities, and looking cute. I have a few different brands but T&C are my favorites. I’m short at 4’11” and I can wear these as full-length pants, roll them for a cuffed look, and recently had 2 summer color pair altered to be more ankle-length. (Yes, I now have 6 pair of these and 2 pair in another cut-but these are my favorite. I get lots of compliments and questions of where I got them.

Not as sturdy as firehose canvas overalls, but they should make it through at least a few seasons of gardening. Definitely comfortable. I'm tall, so they're barely long enough, but they still pretty much fit. Glad they are a more ethical option for outdoor work overalls. Should also be cute to wear casually if I don't stain them too much working in the garden :)
