I've worn this shirt about 50 times, and it has definitely become a favorite. I'm 5'10", ~175-180 lbs, and a size Medium provides (as advertised) a nice trim fit. Would definitely order again, and highly recommend - especially to anyone who finds that most flannels have too much extra / unnecessary fabric around the torso.
