I was on the fence about getting this but so glad I did. I live in a cold and snowy climate and wear it when I winter hike, snowshoe and xc ski as an extra later of warmth. It is perfect. I am 5'9" and 130 pounds and went with a medium. It is roomy enough to go over my hiking pants and a base layer and give me to move. I have gotten a ton of compliments; one friend said she was going to get one.
