    Excellent sweater, excellent customer service

    I absolutely love this sweater! It's super cozy and looks great at the same time. I look forward to the cooler temperatures so that I can wear it (and I don't even like cold weather). I've been eyeing this sweater for a while, and I finally pulled the trigger to buy it when it was on sale in my local store. When I had an issue with it, I contacted the customer service, and they were extremely helpful and kind, so this sweater not only keeps me warm and cozy, but it also reminds me of the kindness that I received from this brand's customer service. Now, I'm fully in love with Toad&Co, and I try to buy more of this brand's clothes and less of cheap clothes that are not sustainable and wear out quickly. Thank you for your kindness to me, to all people and to our earth.
