    Excellent sweater, excellent customer service

    I absolutely love this sweater! It's super cozy and looks great at the same time. I look forward to the cooler temperatures so that I can wear it (and I don't even like cold weather). I've been eyeing this sweater for a while, and I finally pulled the trigger to buy it when it was on sale in my local store. When I had an issue with it, I contacted the customer service, and they were extremely helpful and kind, so this sweater not only keeps me warm and cozy, but it also reminds me of the kindness that I received from this brand's customer service. Now, I'm fully in love with Toad&Co, and I try to buy more of this brand's clothes and less of cheap clothes that are not sustainable and wear out quickly.
