I was looking for shorts for the upcoming warm weather here in the Bay Area of California. I don't have air conditioning, so I needed light and cool for the house. (I'm a teacher, so I'm in the hot apartment for about 8 weeks, ugh. These are absolutely perfect. I first ordered an XL - I was about 180 and 5-10. After losing about 20 pounds, they were too large, so I was able to easily exchange for a L, which is perfect with a little extra room. So, I say they fit true to size if not a little on the big side. Super comfy, like they're not there, but also flattering. I pair with a thin, bamboo material tee (also weightless ). Highly recommend!!!!
